Clinics

PGY4

1.      TB Clinic-MCCHD; Thursday AM

a.       Contact Dr. Herchline for scheduling issues

2.      MVH ID Clinic; Monday PM (208-3337)

a.       Contact Dr. Wyderski with scheduling requests

PGY5

1.      VAID Clinic; Tuesday PM

a.       Inform VA faculty about scheduling issues

2.      MVH ID Clinic; Friday AM

a.       Contact Dr. Wyderski with scheduling requests

Conferences

1.      Chapter Review; Friday 0730

a.       Schedule per Dr. Herchline

b.      Location depending on speaker

c.       Inform Dr. Herchline of your vacation schedule so that chapter review can be scheduled appropriately

2.      Journal Club; 3^rd Thursday of every month (except December); 1700-1900

a.       Send article to Diana Ramsey at least 1 week prior to conference

b.      L’auberg Restaurant (Rt 48, Kettering) or other local Restaurants (TBA monthly)

3.      ID Case Conference; last Wednesday of every month; 0730

a.       PowerPoint presentation with short discussion (10 minutes for case and discussion total)

b.      Dayton Racket Club (Kettering Tower)

Required Lectures/Papers

1. Scheduled VA Lectures; First Monday of every other month

a.       D/W VA faculty for specific months

b.      Fellows alternate (ID responsible every other month)

2.      Case and discussion for Newsletter

a.       D/W Dr. Herchline regarding due dates

Professional Development Funds

1.      $1000 per year

2.      Submit reimbursement requests through GSH Med Ed
